One Piece Tic Tac Toe – Character Grid Puzzle Guide

Goal: Fill the 3×3 grid; every cell must satisfy BOTH its row and column condition.

1. Open: Click a cell to search One Piece characters.

2. Pick: Choose a character that matches both constraints (each character only once).

3. Win (Solo): Complete all 9 cells with valid picks.

4. Win (Versus): First player to form any valid 3‑in‑a‑row line wins. All filled = draw.

Tip: If a board feels impossible, start a new one—every layout is pre‑validated for at least one solution.
